IGN interviews James Mitchell, Esquire magazine’s fitness columnist, about his impressions of the Wii Fit. He gave a very optimistic view… saying that, of course, any exercise is better than nothing. However, he did find added value in the game… – especially the aerobics part. He made a good point about the game, saying that you have to not take it’s results at face value… it’s not giving the most accurate results – especially about BMI. It might tell people who are perfectly fit that they are overweight depending on their body type. However, as long as people are aware of this, the game can be a fun supplement to their normal workout.
